Arlington Reservoir

Hen Harrier & Entourage!
Hen Harrier

Hen Harrier
A couple of hours at the patch produced a stunning male Hen Harrier which was hunting the rough field next to the river. It then headed towards the reservoir and the local corvids gave it 15mins of grief until it left high SE.

Not much else present, I couldnt find the Slavonian Grebe today but it was the first day of the fishing season so not much hope really. In amongst the 300+ Wigeon there were 19 Teal, 10 Tufted Duck and 4 Pintail.
