Dunlin - Arlington Reservoir |
A few hours spent around the patch produced a few bits and pieces with a few new arrivals. The most evident new arrivals were five singing Lesser Whitethroats which is a fantastic total, fingers crossed at least a few of these will stay to breed. Also a couple of smart summer-plumage Dunlin brightened up a busy dam wall. Highlights listed below:
Dunlin - 2
Lesser Whitethroat - 5
Blackcap - 2
Willow Warbler - 1
Chiffchaff - 3
House Martin - 2
Swallow - 8
Tufted Duck - 6
