Pett Level and Dungeness

 

Cattle Egret - Dungeness

After all the festivities I decided to go for a look at a couple of decent birds that have been seen in the last few days in Sussex and at Dungeness. The first stop was at the Lesser Yellowlegs which was my second in Sussex following the Ferry Pool bird in 2008. After brief views of the Lesser Yellowlegs at Pett I nipped down to Dungeness and we had fantastic views of the two Cattle Egrets.
